In 1st, 2nd and 3rd ODI Sri Lanka team did not perform well in both bowling and batting. But in 4th ODI Sri Lanka batted better than first three. They only managed to score 181 and 186 and 163 in the first three games and scored 327 in last ODI though they lost all the matches. Sri Lankan Batsman is having a tough time with their form. Opener started well in the last match but middle order did fail again and bowlers were not able to make any pressure against African Batsman.

Opening batsman WU Tharanga was the highest scorer of the 3rd match for Sri Lanka and he scored 119 runs from 90 balls. Sri Lanka lost the first 4 matches without any competition, and they were not able to manage any healthy comparison with South Africa. South Africa always was in good position to win the match and they did it easily.

Both the team have the potentiality to win the match. Sri Lanka batsman looks a little bit less confident as compare to the South African batsman. Sri Lanka will certainly try their best to win the next match and avoid the whitewash.
